LastPass - password management

LastPass, password management and form filling which was first released for Firefox and Internet Explorer, organized another browser in the fold.

Mac users using Safari browser can now run a full LastPass plugin instead of relying on the JavaScript-powered bookmarklet. Only LastPass head to the main page and click "Get LastPass. As you can see from the screenshot, the Safari plugin adds a button in the menu bar (next to the Back and Forward buttons) . provides quick access to your preferences, vault, notes, fill in forms and password generator and password.

Those of you who run Snow Leopard, Safari will have to run 32-bit mode - Setup LastPass notify you when you start it.

The plug-in lets you import LastPass of 1Password and the iPhone application is now available on the App Store [iTunes link]. It is a great way to safely manage your passwords in Windows, Linux and Mac - and a growing number of browsers.
